Submission Process

You can submit your abstract through our simple step-by-step online submission system. Click here to submit your abstract. You will need the following information for a complete submission form:

• Title of abstract
• Topic of abstract (chosen from the list of conference topics)
• Complete abstract document. Please note that the word limit is 300 words. Click here to download an abstract template
• Abstract keywords
• Author details: Name, affiliation, and job title.
• CoAuthors details: Name, affiliation, and job title.
• Contact details: Email & Phone number

Please note that the presentation type (oral or poster) will be later decided by the organizing committee.
